Big Bad Wolf 2014!!!!!

Salam and good day peeps!

Today I went to the biggest and baddest book sale ever! THE BIG BAD WOLF!!!

It was the spur of the moment decision that my friends and I made the day before. I wanted to some reading materials to bring with me to London.

There are soooo many books to choose. From the first few piles I already managed to snatch more than 3 books. The ranges of the price are mostly RM6 and 8.

Even hard covered book are only RM10 or 12!!!

We filled the trolley... muahahaha!!!

The cliche'd pic post BBW. The left are all for my cousins and the right are mine!!! hehu~~ and of course at the back for the little cuties (my niece and my cousins daughters).

I got this bookmark for free...haha...nothing much.

Afterwards we went for late lunch at the riverside.

They have swans there!!!

I love buying books eventhough sometimes I have no time to finish them all. The satisfaction of having those books are plentiful enough. haha...

For avid readers out there, come here if you have the chance. Definitely worth it!

Chemistry Lab + Cafe

Salam and good day peeps!!

After one of my chiropractor sessions, I got the chance to go to The Chemistry Lab + Cafe at Seksyen 7 Shah Alam. I found out about this place through Kak Wawa. She has been here like a thousand times already. huhu..

The place is very unique. In front you can see chemical barrels set up as tables (if you dare to eat on top of it..=P)

You need to order and pay first at the counter.

Their specialty are the drinks. They have massive choices for drinks but limited choices for food.

I ordered the beef bolognaise (because I'm on a seafood diet. *sigh*). The taste was quite nice. My mum ordered the aglio olio, but she said it wasn't that good. The portion is small.

Another special dish here are the waffles. They have variety of waffles to choose from. All waffles comes with ice cream accept for peanut butter and classic waffles.

According to reviews, the place's best seller is the bomb chiller (on the right). I ordered chemical reaction (which basically is fruit smoothies). The drinks are super nice and the portion is large enough to make you bloated.

The food however are quite pricey. They also sell cakes and pastries (all are pricey as well). One slice of cake (much smaller than secret recipe) is RM11 plus.

This place is a great experience to dine in. The decor as you can see in the picture they put lab tables, test tubes etc., so it is an interesting place for a cafe. But definitely not going to be a regular go to place for me. The food also is not so special. But if you have a big budget, why not come here for a change?

Bangi Women's Bowling Tournament

Salam and good day y'all!!

Last Saturday, the Women's Recreation Club in Bangi held an all women bowling tournament. It was held at the Ampang Superbowl, Kajang Metropoint.

I was in charge of the registration along with my friend, Afiqah (the name on the banner...anyone interested? hehehe). But I didn't really do anything..I just showed up. =P

There were supposed to be a total of 16 teams of 5 people, but three teams was a no show. So the remaining empty lanes were given to children of the women that came and for us (the committees). I have been itching to play bowling since the last time I played with my friends, finally got a chance to play again. The prices given were amazing!

Love the medals.

Eventhough I was not that good, this seemed pretty good eh? hahaha...guess which one was my score. =P

The best thing was I get to meet these gals. From right: Afiqah, me, Ain and Nad. All of them studied in Sheffield before. Nad was an undergrad there. It was such a nice surprise to see her here.
